HOW TO ORDER
1. Did you receive my order?
You will receive an auto-reply message for each order you are placing in our web shop (this auto-replay is not an order confirmation). Please contact us by email or phone if you will not receive such an auto-reply message.
Normally we accept orders within 24 hours by an email order confirmation or we will send you a non-binding offer.

2. How long does it take until I will receive my ordered items?
Normally we send out available items within 1 – 3 business days. It usually takes les than 10 days.

3. How do i pay?
For both website and phone orders, we accept ALL TYPES of credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover) and PAYPAL.

4. Worldwide Shipping
We ship to just about anywhere in the world . We cannot make exceptions to this, so please do not ask. Additionally, there are not any hidden charges on international taxes and duties etc as this information is very important for all customers ordering from outside of the U.S.!!
All prices on our website are in U.S. Dollars. However, when the transaction record reaches your bank, they will automatically convert the amount of your total into your local currency. That amount and currency will show on your statement and will be deducted from your account.
